1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and bw29 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bw29 platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered thereon.

1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using bw29, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the bw29 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.4 bw29 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 To register and use bw29, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling;
• Not be a self-excluded player, a person on any exclusion registry, or otherwise prohibited from gambling by any regulatory authority;
• Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of bw29 or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such persons.

2.2 bw29 may at any time require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license) to verify your age, identity, and location. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

2.3 If bw29 discovers that a User is under 21 years of age, bw29 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all winnings, and refund any deposits in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may maintain only one (1) active bw29 account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. bw29 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with accounts found to be duplicates.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if it changes. bw29 bears no liability for issues arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your bw29 account credentials with any third party. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.4 You must notify bw29 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bw29 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use that occurs before you notify us, provided we took commercially reasonable security precautions.

3.5 bw29 accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of bw29 accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 bw29 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. bw29 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements.

4.3 All funds deposited to and withdrawn from bw29 must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. bw29 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a third-party payment is identified, bw29 reserves the right to refund the deposit and close the account.

4.4 bw29 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Players must submit required identification and source-of-funds documentation upon request. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory KYC clearance.

4.5 bw29 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation.

4.6 bw29 does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. bw29 bears no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 bw29 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 bw29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements for already-received bonuses will be honoured.

5.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any strategy that bw29 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine play intent — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

5.5 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless expressly stated otherwise. bw29 reserves the right to verify eligibility for any promotion at any time.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games on bw29 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates in accordance with its own rules, RTP rates, and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bw29 does not control the outcome of any game and is not responsible for software errors originating from third-party game providers.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that results in an ambiguous or erroneous outcome, bw29 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the bet amount to the Player's account. No compensation will be paid for any perceived lost winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction.

6.3 Game results displayed on the bw29 platform are final once confirmed by the relevant game server. Browser display errors do not affect the finality of game results recorded on our servers.

6.4 bw29 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games for Users in certain jurisdictions or under specific account circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bw29 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or bw29 system;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for profit;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordination with other players;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or applicable regulations;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods for deposits;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or account restrictions;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bw29 staff or other players.

7.2 bw29 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR, in all investigations relating to suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 bw29 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual playing sessions;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of elapsed playing time;

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bw29 content.

9.3 The bw29 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bw29. Use of these marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bw29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 bw29's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.3 bw29 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. bw29 will not be liable for losses arising from: (a) interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or technical issues; (b) delays or errors by third-party payment processors; (c) events beyond bw29's reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Privacy

11.1 bw29 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bw29 may share your personal information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. bw29 will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 bw29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to such changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

12.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 bw29 operates in alignment with PAGCOR's online gaming regulatory framework. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of bw29 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or location.
